softwhile will not knowingly provide personal customer information to any third party except as is necessary to deliver products to and receive payments from those customers. softwhile does not keep any customer information on its web site.
softwhile will refund the cost of any product if the customer is not satisfied. The customer should contact softwhile by email and request the refund. The customer must promise to destroy any copies of the product and not to provide license keys to anyone else.
When a product is purchased from softwhile, it is in the form a license to operate a particular software program by the purchaser only. The customer may use the software on more than one computer, but other individuals are not permitted to use the software without their own license.
