AI & Business Automation

AI is useful when it removes a specific, repeated cost — not when it is added because it sounds modern. We start by finding the steps your team repeats most: retyping data from documents, answering the same twenty questions, sorting and routing enquiries, chasing follow-ups. Then we automate those steps inside the systems you already use.

What changes for your business

  • Hours of manual data entry disappear from the working day
  • Enquiries get a first response immediately, at any hour
  • The same team handles more volume without more headcount
  • Decisions use data that is entered consistently, not when someone remembers

Technology we use

  • AI APIs
  • Voice AI
  • Python
  • Node.js
  • Laravel
  • Queues & schedulers
  • Vector search
Why teams call us

Where AI actually pays for itself

AI is worth building when a person is reading, sorting or retyping the same thing daily. These four qualify.

Somebody reads documents all day

Invoices, forms, prescriptions, NIDs — a person opens each one and types six fields into a system. It is slow, and it is where the typos come from.

What replaces it

  • Fields extracted automatically
  • A person confirms instead of typing
  • Confidence score on every field

Every request goes to the wrong desk first

Emails and tickets arrive unsorted, so someone spends the morning forwarding them — and the urgent ones wait behind the routine ones.

What replaces it

  • Automatic classification and routing
  • Priority detected from the content
  • Escalation before the SLA breaks

The same reply, written again

Agents write the same explanation twenty times a week, each one slightly different, so the customer experience depends on who answered.

What replaces it

  • Drafts generated from the record
  • Agent edits instead of writing
  • Consistent tone across the team

Calls nobody has time to review

QA listens to a sample of ten calls a week out of thousands, so quality is measured on a rounding error.

What replaces it

  • Every call transcribed and searchable
  • Sentiment and adherence scored
  • Managers listen to what matters

Scope

What the work covers

Automation built into the system people already use, with a human in the loop wherever a wrong answer is expensive.

Document extraction

Invoices, forms and IDs read into structured fields, with a confidence score and a review step where it matters.

Classification & routing

Incoming messages, tickets and leads sorted by topic, urgency and language, then sent to the right queue.

Speech to text & analysis

Bangla and English call transcription with sentiment, keyword search and script-adherence scoring.

Drafting & summarisation

First-draft replies, call summaries and next-action suggestions written from the record, for a person to approve.

Chat & voice assistants

Assistants answering from your own documents and data, with a clear handover to a human when they should not guess.

Scoring & prediction

Lead scoring, return risk, churn likelihood and anomaly flags, built from your own history rather than a generic model.

What we build

What we automate

Tasks with a clear input, a clear output and a clear cost when they are done by hand.

Support automation

Ticket triage, suggested replies and self-service answers drawn from your own help content.

Sales assistance

Lead scoring, call summaries attached to the record, and follow-up drafts the agent sends after a glance.

Back-office data entry

Invoices, purchase orders and application forms turned into records with a human confirming rather than typing.

Quality monitoring

Full-coverage call review instead of a weekly sample, with the calls worth listening to flagged.

Reporting assistants

Plain-language questions answered from your own data, with the query shown so the answer can be checked.

Risk & anomaly detection

Transactions, orders and entries flagged for a second look before they become a loss.

Frequently asked questions

Will AI make mistakes on our data?

Sometimes, which is why we design for it. Low-risk steps run automatically; anything that affects money, contracts or customer records goes through a review queue where a person confirms before it is committed.

Does our data get sent outside the company?

Only if you agree to it. We tell you exactly which provider processes what, can restrict automation to non-sensitive fields, and can use self-hosted models where the data must not leave your servers.

Where should we start?

With one measurable task — usually first-response to enquiries or data entry from documents. A narrow first automation proves the value in weeks and tells us what to automate next.

Tell us what you need

Send your requirement and we will reply with a clear plan, a timeline and a cost — usually within one business day.
