Web Application Development

Most businesses do not need another website — they need a system. We build web applications that run the operation behind the business: order flow, customer records, inventory, approvals, reporting and the permissions that decide who can see what. Everything is designed around your existing process rather than forcing your team into someone else's template.

What changes for your business

  • One system replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and paper registers
  • Managers see live numbers instead of waiting for a monthly summary
  • Repetitive manual steps become automatic, so staff time goes to real work
  • The business can add branches, users and products without rebuilding

Technology we use

  • Laravel
  • Next.js
  • React
  • Node.js
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Docker
Why teams call us

What usually brings a business here

Nobody commissions a web application for fun. These are the four situations that make one worth paying for.

The business runs on spreadsheets

Files get emailed, versions diverge, and one person becomes the only one who understands the formulas. It works until the day it very publicly does not.

What replaces it

  • One database with real validation
  • Concurrent users without conflicts
  • History of every change

Staff doing what software should

Copying between two systems, retyping the same order, chasing approvals over chat. Salaried hours going into work that a rule could do in a second.

What replaces it

  • Rules and workflows instead of habits
  • Approvals inside the system
  • Reports that generate themselves

Management asks, nobody can answer

A simple question — how many, how much, since when — takes two days and three people to answer, and the answer is still an estimate.

What replaces it

  • Live dashboards from real data
  • Scheduled reports to the inbox
  • Drill-down instead of guesswork

The current system cannot keep up

Pages take ten seconds, the database locks at month end, and adding a branch means a conversation about whether it is even possible.

What replaces it

  • Architecture sized for real load
  • Indexed queries and caching
  • Room to add branches and users

Scope

What the work covers

From the first requirement conversation to the version running in production with people depending on it.

Requirement & specification

We write down the process as it actually runs, agree the scope in a document, and quote against that — not against a guess.

UI/UX design

Clickable screens before development, reviewed by the people who will use the system every day rather than only the people paying for it.

Backend & database

A data model designed around your entities, with indexing, transactions and validation that hold up when two people press save at once.

Roles & permissions

Who sees, edits, approves and exports what — enforced on the server, with an audit trail behind every action.

Integrations

SMS, email, payment gateways, courier APIs, accounting software and whatever internal system has to keep running.

Deployment & handover

Launch on your server or hosting we manage, with training per role, source code, documentation and a support agreement.

What we build

What we build with it

The same stack and the same standard, shaped to what the system has to do all day.

Business management systems

Sales, inventory, accounts and HR in one place, with the approvals and reports your management already asks for.

Customer & partner portals

A logged-in area where clients, dealers or students see their own data instead of phoning your office for it.

Dashboards & reporting

Operational views built on live data, with drill-down and scheduled exports for the people who do not log in daily.

Approval & workflow systems

Requisitions, leave, discounts and payments routed through real approval chains with a record of every decision.

Marketplaces & storefronts

Multi-vendor catalogues, order flow, payment and settlement, with an admin side that can actually be operated.

Internal tools

The unglamorous screens a team uses fifty times a day, built to be fast rather than impressive.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a web application take to build?

It depends on scope. A focused internal tool is usually 4–8 weeks; a full business management platform with multiple roles, integrations and reporting is typically 3–6 months. We give you a module-by-module timeline after the requirement analysis, so the estimate is based on your actual feature list rather than a guess.

Do we own the source code?

Yes. For custom development the source code, database and documentation are handed over to you. You are never locked into us to keep the system running.

Can you rebuild or extend an existing application?

Yes. We review the current codebase and data, then either extend it or migrate it in stages so the business keeps running during the change. A full rewrite is only recommended when the existing system genuinely blocks what you need next.

Tell us what you need

Send your requirement and we will reply with a clear plan, a timeline and a cost — usually within one business day.
